He lead a team of hundreds of staff in conducting a nationwide end-to-end brand sites/stores set up; In-store and corporate Sales; Oversing supply chain including Local and international Procurement of Stock, Sourcing of high networth and direct vendors with special emphasis on distributor relationship; Stock situation analysis, Identification and brokering of special deals for increased margin, Study of Market and Trends, Budgeting, Strategy, Business Development, etc.
